Facility Hire
Most of our rooms are available for hire. Room hire is subject to availability, so bookings are essential. We have a range of spaces, perfect for your group, activity or event. Most of our rooms are fitted with heat pumps / air conditioning to ensure you and your group are as comfortable as possible. Catering for daytime meetings may be possible, by prior arrangement. Auditorium
Seating can be moved to suit your group. Maximum capacity of 200 people. Projector and sound system is available.
Hire rates:
$65 plus GST per hour
$75 plus GST per hour if using AV equipment.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium has markings for one x 3/4 size basketball court, one volleyball court, and two badminton courts. Balls and sports equipment are not included in room hire. Due to supervision requirements, the rock wall must be booked separately.

$44 plus GST per hour.
Rock wall
Challenge yourself on one of our 23 climbs of varying difficulties. Open to groups by appointment.
Hire rates:
$8 incl GST per person (group rate for 16+ people) or $12 incl GST per person (for groups with 4-15 people). Minimum booking fee is $50 incl GST. Conditions apply.
Kitchen/café
Full commercial kitchen available, plus café style seating for up to 40 people.
Hire rates:
$25 plus GST per hour if booked in conjunction with any other room.
$40 plus GST an hour if booked on its own.
Upper room
Complete with projector and sound system, this room is perfect for seminars, presentations, training sessions and more, for up to 40 people. Seating and tables can be arranged in the required configuration.

$35 an hour plus GST
Family centre
Our family centre comes complete with DVD facilities, as well as a kitchenette with fridge. Comfortable for up to 20 people.

$35 an hour plus GST
Oasis room
Smaller in size but perfect for family meetings, counselling, or one-on-one mentoring sessions. Ideal for the smaller group of up to 10 people.

$20 per hour plus GST
Seminar room
Versatile seating / table arrangement…a smaller sized room perfect for team meetings or brainstorming sessions.
